These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Missouri Fishing Forecast website, memberships, fishing reports, forecasts, community features, and related services. By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Fishing Reports & Forecasts
Missouri Fishing Forecast provides fishing reports, forecasts, recommendations, observations, and other fishing-related information for informational and recreational purposes. Fishing conditions can change quickly due to weather, water levels, temperature, seasonal patterns, fish movement, fishing pressure, and other factors outside our control. Although we strive to provide useful and current information, Missouri Fishing Forecast does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued applicability of any report, forecast, recommendation, or other information. Fishing is unpredictable. No report, forecast, technique, bait recommendation, or other information provided by Missouri Fishing Forecast guarantees that a user will locate or catch fish.
Fishing Experts & Contributors
Missouri Fishing Forecast works with a network of knowledgeable fishing contributors, which may include professional fishing guides, tournament anglers, experienced local anglers, fishing industry professionals, and others with demonstrated knowledge of the waters and species they cover. The terms "Fishing Expert," "Local Expert," "expert," "contributor," or similar descriptions used by Missouri Fishing Forecast do not mean or imply that an individual is a licensed or professional fishing guide. When an individual is specifically identified as a fishing guide, that designation refers to information provided by or about that individual and does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of their guide services. A Missouri Fishing Forecast membership provides access to the content and features described at the time of purchase. Membership does not include professional fishing guide services, personalized fishing instruction, or direct access to a professional guide unless expressly stated otherwise. Fishing reports and forecasts may reflect the observations, experience, opinions, and recommendations of individual contributors. Contributors and information sources may vary by fishing water, species, report, and time of year.
Memberships & Subscriptions
Certain reports, forecasts, community features, and other content may require a paid membership. Membership pricing, billing frequency, renewal terms, and included features will be disclosed at the time of purchase. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Missouri Fishing Forecast and its payment processor to charge the applicable membership fee at each renewal until the membership is canceled. Membership offerings, participating Fishing Experts, covered waters, report frequency, features, and content may change as the service evolves.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation method available through your account or by contacting Missouri Fishing Forecast. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily provide a refund for a membership period that has already been purchased or partially used, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Membership fees are charged for access to Missouri Fishing Forecast content and services and are not based upon fishing success. A user's dissatisfaction with fishing results, changing fishing or weather conditions, the recommendations contained in a report, or the fact that a Fishing Expert or contributor is not a professional fishing guide does not, by itself, entitle the user to a refund. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.
Your Safety & Responsibility
Fishing, boating, and other outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You are responsible for evaluating conditions and making appropriate decisions regarding your own safety, equipment, travel, boating, and fishing activities. Always check current weather forecasts, water conditions, boating advisories, access restrictions, and applicable fishing and boating regulations before heading onto the water. Missouri Fishing Forecast should not be used as a substitute for official weather warnings, emergency information, boating advisories, or information provided by government and conservation authorities.
Fishing Regulations
Users are responsible for knowing and following all applicable fishing, boating, licensing, conservation, wildlife, access, and other laws and regulations. Information appearing on Missouri Fishing Forecast does not replace official regulations or guidance issued by the Missouri Department of Conservation, law enforcement agencies, governmental authorities, or other applicable regulatory bodies.
Accounts & Subscriber Content
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. Paid memberships and subscriber-only content are intended for the use of the account holder. Subscriber reports, forecasts, data, graphics, and other premium content may not be systematically copied, redistributed, republished, resold, or used to operate a competing commercial service without written permission from Missouri Fishing Forecast.
Community & User-Submitted Content
Missouri Fishing Forecast may allow users to submit fishing reports, photographs, comments, recommendations, catch information, reviews, or other content. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and grant Missouri Fishing Forecast a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, distribute, and use the submitted content in connection with our website, app, social media, marketing, and services. You remain responsible for the content you submit. Missouri Fishing Forecast may remove or restrict content that we determine is unlawful, misleading, abusive, inappropriate, infringing, promotional, or otherwise inconsistent with our community standards or these Terms.
Giveaways & Promotions
Missouri Fishing Forecast may periodically offer subscriber giveaways, contests, drawings, or other promotions. Individual promotions may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, deadlines, geographic restrictions, rules, and terms. Those requirements will be provided with the applicable promotion and will control in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.
Fishing Businesses, Partners & Third Parties
Missouri Fishing Forecast may feature or provide information about fishing guides, bait and tackle shops, marinas, lodging providers, fishing businesses, sponsors, advertisers, partners, products, or other third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, inclusion on Missouri Fishing Forecast does not constitute a guarantee of a third party's products, services, qualifications, availability, or performance. Any transaction or arrangement between a user and a third-party business or individual is between those parties. Missouri Fishing Forecast is not responsible for products, services, transactions, representations, or experiences provided by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Missouri Fishing Forecast and its owners, employees, contributors, Fishing Experts, partners, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon Missouri Fishing Forecast, its reports, forecasts, recommendations, community content, or related services. Users assume responsibility for decisions made based upon information obtained through Missouri Fishing Forecast and for the ordinary risks associated with fishing, boating, travel, weather, and outdoor recreation.
